The MASS BUILDER Program from Ronin Sport Performance is a 6-week, 4-day per week training program with a special emphasis on packing on lean mass to the user.
You will build lean mass via the concept of Hypertrophy training, particularly Myofibril Hypertrophy which is as increase in the size of the muscle fibers that aid in contraction.
In a Hypertrophy training phase, the volume of the repetitions will be considerably higher, this creates the "damage" to the muscle we want to occur so that an adaptation of growth occurs. The sweet spot for a lot of muscle growth in most movements is the 10-20 reps per set range. Creating some strength at the same time will move that sweet spot to 8-12 reps per set to add a little intensity.
